On February 19, he posted a 13-minute YouTube video showcasing the property to his channel.It begins in Los Angeles, when Hall informs his fellow TikTok stars that he has purchased a home.
With tens of millions of social media followers and outrageous activities including public fighting, a drug arrest, and even urinating on fans, TikTok sensation Bryce Hall has long developed an image as Gen- Z’s favourite online bad boy, but the Maryland native, 22, suddenly appears to have matured a bit. Or at the very least, he’s smart enough to recognize the value of real estate investing, since Hall has used some of his influencer earnings to purchase a home, something most 22-year-olds can only dream of.

Rather than settling for a modest, uncomfortable home, the only child, who was raised by a single mother in the Baltimore suburbs, paid $915,000 for a nearly-new home just outside Las Vegas. Naturally, the astute social media celebrity has already flaunted his new lodgings in a frantic YouTube video.
In the Henderson suburbs, $915,000 will still get you a nice property in a gated neighborhood. The property is stylishly outfitted and guaranteed to please Hall’s guests and family, having been built new in 2018 and featuring four bedrooms, luxurious stainless appliances, an open floor plan, and even a “private casita,” according to the ad.
The contemporary home, which stands tall in the shadows of Henderson’s Black Mountain, also has two attached garages, a courtyard entryway, a water softener, and a tankless water heater. The best part is that the house has a rooftop deck with panoramic views of the city lights and the Vegas Strip, which is only a 20-minute drive away. The panoramic views, which dance across the Strip on their way to the desert skyline, are arguably the property’s main selling point. The home’s backyard, on the other hand, will not exactly set pulses racing. However, the space is relatively large and private, with a tall stone wall separating it from the rest of the building.
The newly built gated neighborhood is just one of a bunch of new developments sprouting up on the outskirts of Vegas, many of which are delivering slick new houses at extremely cheap (by L.A. standards, at least) prices.
