Cash her outside! Bhad Bhabie Purchases a $6 Million Florida Mansion in Cash

Most memes vanish as fast as they appear, small bursts of amusement that last only a few seconds before fading away, becoming just another bit of Internet history. They frequently feature regular people who find themselves in amusing or inexplicable situations, only to be baffled by their 15 minutes of internet fame.

Whatever your feelings on Bhad Bhabie, the filthy Florida native — born Danielle Bregoli — who shot to fame at the age of 13 after saying “Cash me outside, how bout dah?” in a 2016 Dr. Phil show, you have to give her credit for sticking around. She is still popular and a significant internet celebrity and that single unscripted line has made her quite wealthy.

Bregoli is now 19 years old and raunchier than ever. She’s also wealthier than ever, as one of the world’s wealthiest “self-made” teenagers, with a personal net worth estimated to be well into the eight figures by some. And now, she recently purchased a $6 Million Florida Mansion.

Who is Bhad Bhabie?

Danielle Bregoli is an American rapper, online celebrity, and television personality who rose to prominence in September 2016 after appearing on an episode of ‘Dr. Phil.’ She is also known by her stage name, Bhad Bhabie (meaning “bad baby”).  Her actions on the show later inspired the viral video meme and slogan “cash me outdoors, how ’bout dah?” Bregoli went on to have a successful music career as a result of his appearance. ‘These Heaux’ and ‘Hi Bich,’ for example, are two of her singles. Bhad Bhabie released her debut mixtape, ’15,’ in 2018. In 2017, she was nominated for an MTV Movie & TV Award for Trending, and in 2018, she was nominated for a Billboard Music Award for Top Rap Female Artist.

Rise to Fame

Danielle Bregoli has always been a problematic child, and her mother had almost given up on her by the time they appeared on ‘Dr. Phil.’ Barbara and Danielle appeared on Dr. Phil McGraw’s “I Want To Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Waving, Twerking”, Daughter of a 13-Year-Old Who Tried To Frame Me For A Crime”. Barbara compared Danielle’s behavior and deeds to that of the biblical figure Antichrist, particularly her attempt to steal a car belonging to a crew member during the production of the episode. As the crowd became more aware of Danielle’s actions, they began to laugh, causing her to get increasingly irritated. “Cash me ousside how bout dat,” she eventually screamed at them. Her pronunciation of the statement became a meme, and she became known as the “‘Cash Me Outside’ Girl” on social media. On February 10, 2017, she and her mother would return to the show once more. This time, though, there was no studio audience.

Career

Bregoli  immediately acquired a social media following and appeared in Kodak Black’s music video “Everything 1K.” For her catchy song, she was nominated in the “Trending” category at the 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards.

She spent time in rehab at a Utah ranch for troubled kids after her appearance on “Dr. Phil.” Later, she was arrested for grand theft, marijuana possession, and submitting a false police report. In July 2017, she pled guilty and was sentenced to five years of probation. She obtained a new attorney and renegotiated her probation, and she was released in March 2018.

Bregoli made history when she launched her debut single “These Heaux” in 2017, becoming the youngest female rapper to ever rank on the Billboard Hot 100. Atlantic Records offered her a record deal. She has a reality show, a makeup line, tours, and a singing career under her belt. Bregoli’s first mixtape, “15,” was released in September of this year. “Hi Bich” became her second single to chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

Bregoli has taken advantage of her celebrity, seizing every chance that comes her way. She has 17 million Instagram followers, 568,000 Twitter followers, and 7.4 million YouTube subscribers as of right now. She is compensated handsomely for sponsored Instagram posts and product placements. Fit Tea and Postmates were two of her first paid gigs. And the placement turned out to be a huge success. Her Fit Tea video has been seen over 12 million times on YouTube. Danielle Bregoli can easily earn up to $300,000 per month from product adverts, and up to $100,000 for every article.

Danielle signed a $1 million songwriting/publishing agreement with a business named Pulse Music Group (which also represents Run The Jewels, Rich The Kid, and Ty Dolla $ign) on July 11, 2019. Danielle will be paid $350,000 upfront, with two additional $350,000 installments due when certain income objectives are met. It’s basically a $1 million deposit against future royalties. She’ll also get 70% of the revenues from future record sales.

Bregoli is apparently charging up to $40,000 for meet and greet sessions in addition to commercial placements, as proven by her presence at the Rolling Loud Music Festival in May 2018. Danielle was paid $40,000 to participate in the event, and the festival’s owner also organized Bregoli’s 14th birthday party there, with Danielle receiving a percentage of all ticket sales. According to Danielle’s agent, booking her for an event in the United States costs around $30,000, and booking her for an event abroad costs around $40,000. Her personal 25-city tour eventually netted her roughly $1 million.

Danielle secured a deal with Snapchat in December 2018 to create a reality series for the social media platform. In the first 24 hours, the Snapchat show “Bringing Up Bhabie” attracted 10 million unique viewers. There are 12 episodes in the series.

Danielle was paid $900,000 in January 2019 to endorse a new cosmetics firm named CopyCat Beauty for six months. She will also be paid a percentage of the firm’s profits. Danielle’s contract entitles her to a significant incentive and the potential to launch her own makeup brand if the endorsement is successful.

$6 Million Florida Mansion

She spent $6.1 million for a real mansion in Palm Beach County, in a guard-gated enclave in the upscale town of Boca Raton, just a few months ago. According to public records, the rapper does not have a mortgage on the home.

Bregoli, of course, had some aid along the road. Her manager was vital in securing her a multimillion-dollar deal with Atlantic Records (the label and Bregoli have since parted ways), and social media helped her gain a following among Generation Z. She’s apparently made millions of dollars in brand deals with internet merchants such as Fashion Nova and CopyCat Beauty, and she’s since started her own independent music label. Her music has been streamed over 1.5 billion times around the world.

The main source of Bregoli’s riches, however, is also the most contentious. She became a member of OnlyFans, a paid subscription platform popular among sex workers, on her 18th birthday. Bregoli broke the OnlyFans record by earning $1 million in her first six hours on the site, but she was widely chastised. Bregoli, who uses the platform to upload scantily clothed photos and videos, won’t reveal how much she’s made since then but says it’s enough to keep her “set for life.” It’s also plainly enough to purchase her a mansion in one of the most expensive counties in the United States.

Bregoli’s huge house purchase was first reported by The Real Deal. The one-acre estate was sold by NFL free agent Jason Pierre-Paul, who purchased it in 2017 for $2.3 million and then renovated the 1980s home extensively. The new contemporary structure now has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms in roughly 9,300 square feet of monochrome living space, all of which are decorated in shimmering silvers and grays. Naturally, there are numerous high-end features such as porcelain tiling, Lutron lighting, and a Sonos smart-home system. There’s also a two-story guesthouse on the property with its own complete kitchen, as well as a large backyard swimming pool and a five-car garage.

Despite her youth, Bregoli has prior expertise with real estate and the Internal Revenue Service. Even though she rents a property in Los Angeles, she makes it a point to spend at least six months a year in Boca Raton to maintain her Florida residency. All of her high-end vehicles, of which she owns five outright, including two brand-new Bentleys, are registered in Florida. Bregoli previously stated in an interview with Variety that she was “not about to pay these [California] taxes.”

Bregoli, to her credit, doesn’t claim to be anything more than she is, accepting that fame and money were bestowed upon her. She had to choose between pursuing this and “becoming an embarrassment and a joke for the rest of my life,” she says.
