The pair, who reunited in 2021, were in escrow on a 10-bedroom mansion in March 2022 and have since reached an agreement, according to TMZ. In the summer of 2021, Affleck and Lopez were photographed house-hunting in the region, checking out at least three properties. According to the article, they were able to purchase the Bel-Air mansion for roughly $50 million.

According to TMZ, the home was formerly owned by Texas multi billionaire Todd Lemkin and was offered for $65 million. While the pair is currently ironing out certain “contingencies,” their stated purchase price of $50 million indicates that they got a good deal on the mansion.
The Bel-Air house, which includes a theater, gym, pool, and much more, features some astounding amenities. The property is said to have ten bedrooms, seventeen bathrooms, and multiple kitchens, allowing for a very pleasant stay for Lopez and Affleck. They won’t be the only ones living on the land, either. The couple want to turn the property into a home for their complete blended family, according to TMZ.
