Only the wealthy and famous can refer to a 4,800-square-foot mansion in the Hollywood Hills with three bedrooms and five bathrooms as a “bachelor pad,” but that’s exactly what Michael B. Jordan’s was doing until recently. According to Dirt.com, the actor has listed the home he bought for $5.8 million over two and a half years ago for nearly $7 million.
Michael B. Jordan’s popularity has soared in recent years, and the Black Panther actor has recently purchased a Hollywood mansion fit for a movie star. Jordan recently purchased a gorgeous 4,530-square-foot Hollywood Hills compound on a desirable, star-studded street, according to Variety. In an off-market deal, the Just Mercy star paid $5.8 million for the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home from former MTV VJ Daisy Fuentes.

Michael B. Jordan (born February 9, 1987, Santa Ana, California, United States), an American actor recognized for his finely tuned and engaging characterizations, parlayed a successful career on television into a series of high-profile movie parts.
Michael B. Jordan was born in Santa Ana, California, and reared in Newark, New Jersey, as the middle of three children. Michael A. Jordan and Donna (Davis), a high school counselor, are his parents. Michael B. Jordan, who is known for his abruptness, appears to be permanently out of the market. The A Journal to Jordan star and his model girlfriend Lori Harvey – who is the adopted daughter of comedian and TV host Steve Harvey – made their red-carpet premiere at this year’s Vanity Fair Oscar gala, despite the fact that Instagram authorities have been online for more than a year.

According to public documents, he purchased the property through a trust that he has previously used to purchase real estate. The residence, which is reached through a long-paved road, has a modern, even avant-garde design ethos, with sharp lines and significant use of concrete contrasted by warm, exposed timber accents. Because it is the home of a certified A-lister, there are numerous amenities for prospective owners to enjoy, including a gorgeous kitchen and dining room, a spacious master suite, and even a yoga loft.
The modern stucco and wood-accented structure, which is hidden behind a long-gated driveway in a celebrity-studded neighborhood where neighbors include Lady Gaga, Robert Pattinson, and Niall Horan, was constructed in 1997. It now has three bedrooms and five baths in 4,800 square feet of light-filled living space with hardwood and stone floors and high vaulted ceilings, thanks to major upgrades by designer Jeff Mills.
The main floor features a fireplace living area with walls of stackable glass doors that open to the backyard, as well as a formal dining room and screening room, all of which are geared toward entertainment. A gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless appliances, a wood-burning pizza oven, and a breakfast nook that leads out to an al fresco dining patio is sleekly built.

Jordan told Ellen DeGeneres in 2017 that buying a house for his parents was a “dream” of his. “It was something on my bucket list,” he remarked, but he admitted that he was also looking forward to acquiring his own house at the moment. When DeGeneres inquired when he planned to move out, he said, “As soon as I can.” “I love my parents, but we’re currently sharing a room, which is strange. There’s no explanation for why the California native has decided to leave the posh abode. It could, however, be related to the fact that Jordan and his girlfriend Lori Harvey (daughter of megastar comedian Steve Harvey) are dating.
Mr. Jordan, 35, reportedly resided with his parents in a Sherman Oaks home he bought for the family for $1.7 million prior to the acquisition of this property in 2019. The actor is currently filming “Creed III,” which he is also producing through his production business, Outlier Society.
